To submit a program for broadcast with North Branford Television, whether produced locally or provided from another source, must comply with the following criteria:

Only someone who works or lives in North Branford is eligible
to submit a program.

Policies regarding submitting programs can be found in Totoket TV's Policies and Procedures and people submitting tapes will be required to be familiar with these policies. For a copy of Totoket TV's policies click here

A Program Submission form must be filled out and brought to the station manager for their signature before the program can be broadcasted.

In the program content there may be no:

A. commercialism: no endorsement of any products and services;
B. mention of prices or soliciting of monetary donations or contributions,
including solicitation of funds on behalf of candidates for public office;
C. use of the channel, facility or equipment, including the sale of
production and tapes, for financial gain;
D. selling or promotion of program time, charging guests or otherwise
engaging in profitable use of the studio facility or tapes produced;
E. mention of seminars, lectures, or consultation for which the viewer
will eventually be charged; and
F. mention of commercial activities including but not limited to concert
and club dates.

Viewer response may be encouraged by displaying the producer’s address and/or phone number as part of the end credits for 15 seconds or, if the program is 30 minutes or longer, during a break for 15 seconds. This response address or phone number may not be that of a commercial business or service, and no business names can be displayed.
The only lead announcement allowed if “For more information contact:”, then have an email, web address or a telephone number.
